Tina Wilson
Tina Wilson is an artist and writer. She has over 20 years of experience as an artist and was the founder of The Lester Prize (prev. Black Swan Prize for Portraiture) and was its executive director for ten years. In 2013 she was awarded the Premier’s Active Citizenship Award for her contribution to the arts. In 2018 she became a patron of the prize. Tina moves between painting, drawing, writing and illustrating books. In 2023 she received a Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her contribution to the arts.
