Stephen Orr
Stephen Orr is a teacher (presently living and working in Albury), sometime journalist and writer. His first novel, Attempts to Draw Jesus, was published in 2002, and ten others have followed. He has a keen interest in nature writing, and the possibilities of this still developing form. His 2017 Australian Book Review essay, 'Ambassadors from Another Time', describes the place of eucalypts in Australian landscapes, psyche, culture and art.
