Rachael Mead

Rachael Mead is a South Australian novelist and poet who has an Honours degree in Classical Archaeology, a Masters in Environmental Studies and a PhD in Creative Writing. She’s the author of the novel The Application of Pressure (Affirm Press 2020) and four collections of poetry including The Flaw in the Pattern (UWAP 2018). In 2022, she won the Barbara Hanrahan Fellowship in the Adelaide Festival Awards for Literature.
